Warranty & Return


iCarzone offers 30-day warranty on all products, which means if your item works when you receive it and then stop working, you are entitled to a replacement. If your item got faulty within 12 months from the date of your original purchase, iCarzone will communicate with the manufacturer, at the manufacturer’s option, iCarzone will repair or replace any product or part which is found to be defective under normal use and service. The purchaser is responsible for the delivery charges.

Returns Policy

Important Note: Please contact us for detailed return address before you return any product to us.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, a 15% restocking fee will be charged for non-defective items.
If you have received wrong or defective item, there will be NO restocking fee and NO charge for return label, provided the item is within the return policy period.
You should expect to receive your refund up to four weeks after the delivery of your returned item.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Refused/Undeliverable Orders

Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed as a standard return. A 15% restocking fee will be charged, and applicable shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.
International orders which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees on the return shipment. iCarzone Inc. reserves the right to deduct these additional costs, in addition to all freight charges, from the product refund.
Refusing a package has the potential to cause delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges.
